UCDI®FUEL

UCDI® FUEL is made using a technology which utilizes third-generation sustainable ingredients, not cereal grains.

We pioneered a technology to produce iso-butanol, a component of biofuel, from CO2 by using UCDI® Hydrogen Bacteria (Japanese Patent No. 6450912). Iso-butanol physical properties find it wide applications as a drop-in fuel used in jet-fuel and fuels for heavy duty vehicles or special vehicles.

We aim to leverage UCDI® FUEL technology to replace global petroleum-based transportation fuels with non-petroleum fuel.
